Procurement Assistance

The Highlands Consulting Group LLC assists clients during the procurement phase of large and complex project to determine the procurement strategy, develop the Request for Proposal, complete the corresponding evaluation plan, and assist in documenting the procurement selection results. We work closely with California Department of General Services Procurement Division representatives to ensure that our clients' large procurement initiatives result in a selection of a viable contractor.
